Hi, my versa 3 won’t charge. The battery died so I put it to charge, the screen turn on for a second saying 0% and it died again. I left it charging all day and it still doesn’t turn on. When I charge it, it doesn’t vibrate, I already cleaned it and checked if it’s the cable but it’s not. What should I do?

Hi @Abicollantes - 0% can be a symptom of the watch having got wet (and is damaged) or a poor charging, have a look here for the latter How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
If the watch is indeed faulty it can be replaced if still under warranty.
