Versa 3 stuck on message "To start download the Fitbit app"

I set up my Fitbit and now it's showing the beginning again with all the different languages. Why did it do that after the complete set up and pairing?

Hi @Jeannie75  - there may be issues with the Setup, simply set it up in the app again and accept replace, it may revive it with out the whole process with any luck.

 

However once it's working check you have the latest firmware version in watch Settings About Versa 3 menu.

 

What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?
