Versa 3 stuck on starting logo for 48 hours now

My versa 3 is stuck on a constant restart loop for 48 hours. I unpaired the device abd restarted it so many times. I just keep getting a fir bit logo when I restart it. I just got this watch in February. There is no reset button that I can see. I can't do anything with it in the app since it is no longer paired and can't get past the fitbit logo.

Thanks for the details provided regarding the issue with your Versa 3 and the attempts to solve it.

Please try the following steps:

  • Remove your Versa 3 from your Fitbit account and your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.

I am having this exact issue. It’s as though the button is being held down so the Fitbit thinks it’s being restarted. But obviously the button is only a sensor so I’ve no idea how to resolve this. Does anyone have advice for returning a faulty Fitbit?
