Hi have tried to unlock my new Fitbit Versa 3 by double tapping for over an hour now and nothing seems to be working?

Hello @carriedonovan and welcome to the Community.  You press the button twice to unlock the water lock on the Versa 3.  Press twice and make sure you feel the vibration each time.  Sometimes I have to do it 3-5 times to get the "sweet spot" in the timing.
