Versa 3 stuck screen

I have this screen on my versa 3 and cannot access anything apart from the time how do i remove it

That looks like the screen you would put in your pin for payments. Press the side button for over 10 seconds, should work.

Could you please confirm that you have tried pressing the side button for over 10 seconds?
