Versa 3 syncing and weather issues

I often have a problem synching my Fitbit Versa 3, and it seems to be somehow related to my weather app, Weather Forecast.  anybody else have this experience?

Hi there, @pfnature. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. 

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here. For troubleshooting steps, please see the help article shared by @Guy_.

If the weather is still not updating please check the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
  • The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app. If you're running into syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hi @pfnature  -  they are most likely 2 different problems. See Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

For the weather have a look at the bit about cities in How to change Temperature - for Weather, Centigrade - Fahrenheit, Versa 3

Thanks. I deleted a weather app and reinstalled, and then resynched. All
OK now. Thank you for the help
