To all users having trouble these days syncing your versa with your android phone, I wanted to share the following:
During the first weeks of October my watch stopped syncing altogether with my phone. I tried everything restart, re install app on phone, on/off bluetooth, erasing device from the App, factory reset. Nothing worked. The watch simply never synced again. Over two weeks I thought to throw it to the trash.
Until today....
The problem seemed software not hardware related and I noticed a couple of updates for the app on October. It was too much of a coincidence that the watch had stopped working!
So, this is what finally worked. I downloaded a prior version of the fitbit app from September and finally the thing came back to life! It' s syncing perfectly and working like the last 11 months. So, a bit of tinkering took me along way and brought my watch back to life.
I hope this brings hope to others that haven't got the answers from fitbit and have the same issues that I suffered for the past two weeks. Good luck!
