My Versa 3 keeps not syncing with my phone. Wants the problem, and how do I fix it?

Hello @kate9699
First look here to make sure your using a compatible mobile device for the Fitbit App: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices. If your mobile device is indeed compatible try turning your Bluetooth off, restart your phone then turn your Bluetooth back on again. If the problem persist try restarting your Versa 3. You will not lose any data doing a restart. Just press and hold down the Versa 3 button and continue holding it down until the Fitbit Logo appears then release the button. You will feel the Versa 3 vibrate indicating the restart is complete.
