I have checked that there isn’t a firmware update as suggested in other forums but still finding my Fitbit being 2 to 3 minutes slow almost daily and only rectified by forcing a sync.
Any poss solutions.

Hi there, @taylsca. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. @Rich_Laue @Guy_ Thank you so much for your help!
Have you experienced syncing difficulties in the past? Keep in mind that your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with so it has to be syncing frequently to avoid this to happen.
May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.
Also, note that the time on your Fitbit Versa 3 may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Versa 3 is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I fix the time on my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps.

Hi @taylsca - if you are using a Fitbit clock face and have restarted the watch and after syncing the time is correct, then it loses 2 to 3 minutes a day the watch is faulty. Which leaves 2 options
If it is still under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country law, take it back to where you bought it.
If it is not under warranty you must make sure it syncs regularly to avoid it showing the wrong time.

Does a normal sync correct the time?
