The screen on my Versa 2 either partially or not so all responds to touch. I have restarted several times, firmware and app is up to date, changed face and cleaned face. The settings button on watch doesnt respond so can't factory reset that way and i have also tried to factory reset by holding side button, releasing then holding again but still no luck. Are there any further options left to try besides having to buy a new one?? Versa 3 is synced to Oppo find x 5 phone.
