Versa 3 touchscreen won't work properly

It is already my second Fitbit Versa 3, as the first one died out of nowhere.

Now the problem I have with this, and I have them already for a long time, is that the touch screen sometimes does not work at all.

The screen does not react well. Sometimes the screen is between two "slides" and can't decide where to go. Also it seems it doesnt notice that I am working on it, because after 2 seconds the screen turns off.

I activate the screen on the button and try to navigate through the slides. The screen seems to know that there is something happening, but the slide is not changing properly. Then after 2 seconds, screen turns off.

I have uploaded a video here to see some weird thing that happened, too.

So yesterday I was not able to set an alarm because the screen just does not work.

Usually, when I turn screen off and wait a few seconds, sometimes then it works.

Sorry for my english, Im german, and its early in the morning.

Here the video where you can see some issues with the watch

Hello there, @Nogi. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. I'm afraid I was not able to watch the video attached.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
