My Versa 3 is stuck on the home screen. My screen is cracked but I cracked the screen about 1 month ago but the screen worked. I tried resetting the Versa 3, but the problem persists. Is it because of the cracked screen?
Edit:
My Fitbit also shuts down randomly. I have no clue why.
Thanks 🙂

HI @DontHackMe - it is highly likely that a damaged screen can cause problems, there is also a risk of dampness getting in which could further cause problems.

Is it because I shower with the Fitbit?

@DontHackMe - watch with a cracked screen is unlikely to be waterproof, so most likely it is damaged inside. Though a persistent Fitbit logo on the watch could be due to other faults too.
Have a chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support. You never know a factory reset may help, and if it does avoid all water contact.

In general, restart smartwatches like the Fitbit Sense series, Versa series, Ionic, and Blaze. To restart your watch, press and hold the button (or the back and bottom buttons) for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then release the button. You may need to try this process a few times.
