Versa 3 vibrating during exercise

How do I stop my versa 3 from vibrating during exercise, I think it's some heart rate level indication?  It's too distracting.

If your Versa 3 works like my Versa 2, before starting the exercise tap the "gear" icon at the top right. Scroll down to "Zone Notifications" - it sounds like that setting is currently "On"; tap it to turn it "Off". 

Press the side button to return to the exercise app start screen and tap the start icon.

If you still get vibrations, there is a "Show Laps" setting, as well, that will vibrate when it displays lap information which can be set to either a time or calorie threshold.

The setting should keep for subsequent exercises.
