Versa 3 will not charge.

My Versa 3  started not keeping a charge for more than a day. Then when I put it on the charger it wouldn't charge. I got in contact with customer service. They said it was the charging cord. I changed the cord, but it didn't fix the issue. It still will not charge even after being on charge all night.
