Versa black Screen

My Versa has just recently gone dark. It has been on the charging base, and I can see in the app on my phone that it is charged, but it is black. It will occasionally vibrate, or I’ll see a green light on the back side. I too, have pushed the buttons in numerous combinations, to no avail
