I cannot get my Versa 3 to charge. I have followed all remedies such as cleaning pins on charger and watch. Plugging in another outlet. Trying to reboot however just get a screen that indicates the battery is at 0. Any other remedies I can use.

They will have you send your watch to them you will be without one until they see what the problem is . If you fuss enough when they receive your watch they may send yours out.still a 2 week process

It would seem unwise to send a good watch back if it is only the charge cable that is faulty.
As this is a common issue, getting a replacement cable under warranty or just buying another one seems a more rapid option to try first.
