Versa 3 won't charge

My versa 3 ran out of battery, I usually don't let it get down to 0, but this time I did. 

When I got home I plugged it in and after 10 seconds the empty battery outline with 0% flashed. 2 hours later it hadn't charged at all. I cleaned the watch, cleaned the charger and tried again for 2 more hours and nothing. 

I tried switching outlets and after an entire night it did not charge. 

I bought a new charge and tried the new charger, still after plugging it in after 10 seconds it flashes the empty battery and 0%.

Hi there, @Emmaray. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
