I have been having a lot of trouble charging my Versa 3. When the battery is low (8-5%) I plug it in to charge, but then the battery goes to empty and it will not even register that it is plugged in. I’ve tried restarting the device, different outlets, different plugs, etc. ive cleaned the connections on the back and on my charging cord. I’ve left it plugged in for over a day and it will not even turn on. Today it turned on briefly, I tried to restart it, and it is completely dead again, and will not register being plugged in to charge. Has anyone experienced this? Any solutions?
