Versa 3 won't charge

My versa 3 will not charge.  I cleaned the device and charging cable with alcohol. I changed outlets, etc

Hi cv7754. I'm just curious what kind of charger you are using. I bought a charger that the phone mounts to in addition to the regular charging cable that came with the Fitbit and it seems to work quite well.

hi @cv7754 -  if you have had the watch a while it is important to clean the contact holes and check the charge cable state, they can be come faulty, see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Hello,

I tried using different different ports for the charging cable and cleaning the device, etc.  I contacted Fitbit support and they are assisting me with the device.  Thank you for your advice.
