I’ve had my versa3 for about 2 months and it won’t charge anymore. Help!!!

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 3. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the restart doesn't work, please follow the troubleshooting steps provided in this help article Why isn't my Fitbit device charge?

Hi  @Okiemomadm - it may need a clean of the contact hols on the back of the watch or charge cable, or the cable may be faulty.

 

See How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen 

 

If one pin is sunk in, as it is under warranty you can ask Fitbit for a replacement cable, or you can buy them online.

 

In the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support
