I’ve had my Versa 3 since Christmas 21 and for the last few months it hasn’t been charging properly. It now won’t charge at all, it connects to the charger and looks like it’s charging at the start and then it doesn’t do it at all. I’ve bought a new charger but this hasn’t solved the problem. Has anybody else had this problem? Can it be fixed? Thanks

Hi there, @Toria88. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.
Maybe is not the charger, but the Versa 3 itself. Have you tried cleaning the Versa 3's contacts? For more information, see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
