Versa 3 won't charge

When I first connect my Versa 3 to

charge, it indicates that it is charging, but after a couple of seconds it is no longer charging. I tried cleaning both the connectors on the watch and the charger as per instructions on this site. It does not work. It is stuck at 79%.

Sorry for this late reply. I ended up plugging the charge cable directly into my computer. I pressed the side button on the watch a couple of times for 3-4 seconds as suggested, and then I restarted my watch by pressing the side button until the logo appeared. It seems to have done the trick. I now have it charging directly from a wall outlet and I see the percentage going up.
