@Johnnygq Thanks for the update.

It seems like you might be running into syncing issues. If you haven't done so yet, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hi @Johnnygq -  if it loses more than a few seconds between syncs it may be faulty.

Normally when syncing your watch the time is corrected but if you don't sync often and it loses time get a refund or get it replaced with a new one where you bought it.

As a reference my watch will go a week between syncs with a variation of only a few seconds, this is how a good digital watch should work.

I find that even after syncing watch and charging it fully it will run about 4 to 5 minutes slow at night mostly

@Johnnygq-  thanks, hope you can get a refund or a new one under warranty, may be 1-2 years depending on country law.

Hi there, @Johnnygq. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

Keep in mind that your Versa 3 may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. Sync your Fitbit device to see the correct time. For more information, see How do Fitbit devices sync their data?

On a side note, I'd like to know if you're also using MobileTrack? If so, please note if you're an Android user you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?

If you have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account you'll need to remove it and set up your Versa 3 again so it won't keep losing time (remember that your Versa 3 needs to sync constantly and it will do with the phone it's linked to). For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.
