So for the last few days my versa 3 will not open my alarm app to set an alarm at the schedule I have previously done for weekdays is not going off. When I select the alarm app it highlights that app for about 10seconds then bounces back to the menu without opening. I've tried restarting with no change.

Hi @BigGstacey - try sync the watch and then a full Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.
If this doesn't fix the problem you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support. They will assist you with a factory reset.
It is a good idea to make a note of any clocks or apps and any special watch or app settings you use before the reset.
