Versa 3 won't swipe up

All swipes work, except the swipe up. When I swipe up, instead of seeing my daily information, I get a black screen.

Is there a way to troubleshoot and/or reset the watch (like press/hold the button on the versa 2)?

Hi there, @Lynsie_Eliabeth. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from. @Guy_ Thanks for your help!

As suggested, please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hope that helps!

Hi @Lynsie_Eliabeth -  have you tried to sync the watch then do a full Shutdown from the watch Settings menu.

Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.

If that doesn't work, in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support and they will probably take you through a factory reset.

But make sure that when you swipe up to get to the very bottom there may be a MANAGE, and note a factory reset may kill or cure your watch and will require you to set it up all over again..

You have the option to swipe left and click the Today app instead.
