Versa 3 won't sync after the update

Versa not syncing with fitbit since update. Cancelling with fitbit after 8 years and going to another device make. Tried everything. Got nowhere So annoying

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your mobile device meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Fitbit Compatible Devices.

Yes tried everything and instructions werent always clear. Opted for a
different make now
