Versa 3 won’t sync and now the time is wrong. I have deleted the app, toggled Bluetooth, powered down, not sure what to do.

Hi there, @haliragona. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 is not syncing nor showing the correct time. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Have you checked if your Versa 3 is still paired to your Fitbit account? If your Fitbit device is no longer paired, that would explain the syncing issues and note that the time will be wrong if your Versa 3 hasn't synced recently as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your Fitbit device has recently synced, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices. Keep in mind that your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.

If you need to set up your Versa 3 again, please follow the steps provided here

Once you manage to sync your Versa 3, the time should be corrected.

Thank you! That helped. My Fitbit was removed from the app.
The previous days info has been lost; I’m assuming I won’t be able to sync those days?

@haliragona You're welcome! I'm glad to hear that the steps recommended did the trick!

Please be aware that most Fitbit devices store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data. Summary data (calories, distance, steps, and floors) will be stored for 30 days. Nevertheless, if your Fitbit device was unpaired from your Fitbit account during this period of time, neither the 7 days can be recovered or restored.
