Versa 3 won't sync anymore

I've had no issues until late last night the last time my watch synced was before 11 and won't anymore. It's connected to Bluetooth and everything else works just fine! Since it won't sync I can't download the new upgrade

When my ONE+ did it's update 2 days ago, my watch stopped syncing with all texts, emails and calls. I have uninstalled it, logged out and turned it off.  How do I fix this.

Hi there, @AshK1315. Welcome to the Community Forums. Hello, @changeto24hour. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. I appreciate you've tried troubleshooting this syncing issue before reaching out.

 

In addition to the steps you've done, please try the following:

 

1. Remove the Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.

2. Restart your Versa 3.

3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.

4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.

5. Set up your Versa 3.

SAME! Mines been that way since I upgraded to the versa 3.

Thank you! I found Bluetooth had disconnected my Versa from my phone. Synch working fine now.
