There was no option for versa 3. I don't have the '4'.
my versa 3 stopped syncing 2 days ago. I've tried everything. I uninstalled and then tried to reinstall with no luck. says the watch battery is at 23%. it is fully charged and so is my phone.
says no connection. it won't pair via bluetooth with my Moto G. just says taking longer than usual then times out. still says watch at 23%. I fully charged it again.
I've had a fit bit for decades but about ready to give up. yesterday I finally 'almost' reached my 10K step after hit surgery in the spring and although it recorded it on my watch, it won't record it in the app or online with my PC. I know I had over 9K steps but it stopped working at 8054.steps. today it won't pair at all.

I'm having the same issue since a couple of days. My Versa 3 is having problems synchronizing with my Google Pixel 7a. I've re-installed the Fitbit App, turned Bluetooth on and off. Some days it does not sync at all, sometimes it takes ages to establish Bluetooth connection. There's no update available. I left my Versa 3 charge a whole night, like 12 hours, the next morning it synchronized fine. Don't know how to solve this issue but it's extremely annoying

I'd like to share with you that this issue has been reported to our team and they're currently working on bringing a resolution as soon as possible.
In the meantime, please make sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as you've been doing so far.
Regarding the battery level on the Fitbit app, note that it updates every time you sync. That means that if your Fitbit device hasn't synced yet, your app will still show the battery percentage of the last sync. Once you manage to sync your Fitbit device, the battery level should match on both, the Fitbit app and your device.

Mines wouldn't sync for two days following my watch being drained. Bluetooth wasn't working until I restarted my phone. I hope this helps.

I’ve reinstalled the app 4 times. I’ve restarted my Versa 3 & my phone 4 times as well. My phone’s Bluetooth will not pick up the Versa anymore. I installed the app on my iPad & it connects but I want to connect to my iPhone 15. I’ve uninstalled the app on my iPad but my phone is still not syncing with watch. I’m about ready to chuck it.

Same here, only I have Samsung. I did the factory reset and now my fitbit keeps telling me to install the app. I did that and it still won't sink. So frustrating!

I've been having issues syncing my Versa 3 for a few days now. Up until today I've managed to make it work by rebooting etc.
Now, having unpaired everything as per your previous advice to others, I'm unable to pair my Android phone and Versa 3 again. The phone sees the Versa 3, but the Fitbit app won't pair with it. Is an upgrade coming soon, or should I just give up? TIA

I’m having the same issue. My Versa 3 was paired to my iPhone 15 until a couple days ago. I’ve tried everything suggested to get it paired back up but haven’t been successful. Have you found a solution to our problem?
