Versa 3 won't sync

Versa 3 quit syncing data.  All I get is gathering data.

Hi there, @Jlperkins09. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

To better assist you, please confirm that your Versa 3 is still linked to your Fitbit account. To do so, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If your Versa 3 is no longer paired, please set it up once again by following these steps How do I set up my Fitbit device?
