Hi @BonnieHelton @Jvb1963 - if the watch runs down (battery level shown in the Fitbit App may be from a while ago) the button will not work.
If it is not charging see instructions in this link How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

with the fitbit logo flashing off and on. I tried to reboot, then was
unable to start the watch back up. Charger wire was alright previously.

Unfortunately my device is just out of warranty, so Fitbit won't help. It was working fine a few days ago, but then I went swimming in the sea and it's been broken since, not turning on. I've swam in the sea before, so not sure what happened this time.
I have hope as yesterday, the watch randomly turned on when I got an email about low battery (though it looked like it was in safe mode or something). Unfortunately, it ran out of battery again (I was not near my charger) and now it's not turning on again.
I left it on charge all night, but can't get anywhere with it today. Not sure if there is anything else I should be doing? All the troubleshooting steps I've tried haven't worked. Thanks

Mine literally did the same thing two days ago after maybe 30 minutes in shallow saltwater while kayaking. Following for response.
