Versa 3 won’t turn on

Had my Versa 3 for 3/4 of a year and it decided to stop working. It first would show the Fitbit logo, then the clock screen (which I couldn’t interact with) then would restart and keep repeating the process. I put it on charge to see if it needed to connect and finish an update or something and left it overnight. Then woke up in the morning, to a black screen and when I tried to turn it on it showed a white screen for a bit then back to a black screen. Left it for a bit and when I came back it wouldn’t even turn on. Have tried holding the side button for 20+ seconds connected to the charger, disconnected, left for 1hr to charge and tried both. Nothing, just a black screen. No vibration either (when interacting with the side button). Anything left I can do?

HI @DWinston - it probably is not charging anymore, follow all the instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen 

 

The source of the problem may be the clock face so also in the Fitbit App Gallery tile change the clock face.

 

As it is under warranty if the cable is faulty you can get a new one.
