Hi,
Of course, I tried to plug it in for 24 hours, tried with a different cable than mine and a friend tested my cable : My fitbit cable is ok, but my watch doesn't want to turn on anymore.

Hi @Ma_Voi3 - it could be that the watch contacts need cleaning. They are prone to collecting dirt which could stop it charging. See
How do I clean my Fitbit device?

Thanks Guy.
Unfortunately the various possibilities offered online - including yours - do not allow me to restart my watch.
Fitbit won't do anything. My watch lasted a year and a half. I paid for 2 premium subscriptions and got no customer satisfaction.
It's shameful, it's theft.

I have the same issue...have tried everything. This is my second Fitbit....sending in the first one was a fiasco...the "prepaid, preprinted" label somehow got my package lost for weeks on end. When I phoned FBhelp, they told me it was my responsibility to keep checking the tracking number (which, of course, I WAS...my call was based on the fact that the tracking number has had no updated information for weeks on end).
I finally had to get Amazon involved to get a replacement sense. Just a few months later, it's completely unresponsive. I have taken all the steps everyone has suggested, to no avail. I am ready to crush my Fitbit with a hammer, just to get a tiny bit of satisfaction from this purchase...which (after a broken Fitbit scale that the company refused to stand behind) will be my last purchase ever from fitbit.

Same problem here too. I've had it for about 6-7 months and won't turn on.

It's quite a common problem, so please check the 4 watch contact holes are clean and the charge cable is actually ok.
Follow the link and instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
It may lead to success.
