Versa 3 wristband no longer stays on

I had a Versa 2 of which the screen died. I am now on a Versa 3 and after several months of use the band no longer stays on. Based on others experiences, I am lucky I got the months of use I did. The band clicks into place but will just fall off randomly.

Hi @Alli004 - others have experienced band problems.

The quick option is to eliminate the band as the problem by replacing it with another one.

If that too fails to hold the watch may be faulty and needs replacing under warranty.
