Versa 3

Hi,

Can anyone shed light on why the versa 3 would stop measuring the blood oxygen overnight? This is the 2nd night in a row

Hey.. Kate. I am new to Versa 3. And fitbit as well. I am interested in the solution as well.

However, I am finding it challenging to restart Versa 3. My intention is to turn on the Bluetooth so that I can sync Versa 3 with my Samsung note 20.

Any tips or help will be truly appreciated. 

Oh.. I have a Parkinson's condition and I have found the Versa 3 is lacking in Assessibilities for someone like me..

Mine has done that a time or two.  It might be the placement on your wrist.  First time it happened to me, I switched out clock faces and gave up.  I tried it again a few weeks later and it seemed to be working.  Info would load in my app though.  🤷

Update a good clean seems to have done the trick.☺️
