The screen does not work for more than 24 hours. Can’t wear it in the shower anymore - it will get stuck on Alexa and won’t show watch face. Only lines of color. I have only had it for about 4 months. Anyone else have issues ? I kept my Versa 2 and it works perfectly.

Hi @Kequick67 - it sounds like it got water in it. If it gets hot charging, stop immediately. Fitbit do advise not to immerse in hot water or detergents.
You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
If found faulty the quickest way to resolve it is to take it back to where you bought for replacement with a new one over the counter if you get good service.
