My versa 3 has not been able to charge in the last 24 hrs. Nothing wrong with cord or connection no help from support what’s so ever just happen saturday battery at 5% no idea what to do it is only 2 yrs old it was not dropped or anything need help thank you

That happened to me several months ago and support offered me nothing but a discount on a new device. I decided to take matters into my own hands and purchased an inexpensive new charger instead and voila! it charged!! Unfortunately the device didn’t last but I got another 9 or 10 months out of it.
