Versa 4 won’t allow tap, swipe or change screens.

Versa 2 won’t tap swipe or change screens. I followed recommended shut down, restart, change clock via app, charging etc.  any other options.  Since it won’t tap or swipe, it also cannot be used for exercise use or any other options

In this case, contact support if you haven't already. I am sure they have the right tools to help you further.
