I have the Versa (the first one) and lately my battery life is awful. I just charged my Versa over night on the 12th going into the 13th and it is already at 70%. I just feel like I have had to charge it more frequently than usual. Is it just because it is older?

Hi @AshleyU Batteries of all types do deteriorate with age. With lithium batteries you will get a better life out of them if you dont let them go below about 30% power. So if you regularly let it discharge lower than this it may have damaged it. My original Versa, which is probavly getting towards a couple of years old still works well, but I have also noticed the battery life has declined. I have to charge every 2 days or I dont make it through the third day. How many days do you get out of yours?
Try restarting it several times and see if that helps, and turn off any features you dont use to conserve battery.

I have a 1st gen. Versa and have started experiencing battery issues in the last week. For the entire life of the tracker, I have gotten 3+ days per charge with zero issues. I have call/text notifications on, heart rate on, all day sync, and always connected turned on. To my knowledge, no settings have changed on the app or tracker. Last night I charged to 100% (10 pm) and today(10 am) I am at 50%. That's only one day per charge?? The only thing that may have changed is that my Samsung GS9 updated to Android 10. Anyone else have a similar experience? I understand that the battery will degrade over time...but sudden dropoffs aren't usually the norm. Like others, I don't want to start turning off all of the useful functions just to try to squeeze a little more life from the battery. I was OK charging every 3 or 4 days.
