When I charge my verses which I received yesterday as soon as I take it off charge when it is 100% it drops straight to 99%. After wearing it today and not even touching it my battery was 62% by 4pm! This can’t be right.

I've gone through the same thing since my Versa was just past a year old. After contacting them strting in May just at the past a year time and several different people doing tests they determined it's not functioning properly today. Here's the kicker all I got offered was a 25% discount to buy a new one cuz its past 365 days!!!

@Shmig71 I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is no longer under the warranty period.
I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
Please don't hesitate to get back if you have questions.

Back again, after having my versa replaced under warranty 13 months ago for just going black and unresponsive after one month of wear, the replacement now has battery issues. All of a sudden only 18 hours of power then 0%. Nothing has changed. Best of luck with FitBit, not rely impressed with the Versa.
