I’ve been having the same issues with Versa Battery time and time again. I have did 2 exchanges for the Versa and am using the 3rd one. I have did every troubleshoot this community has provided and suggestions by the fitbit team(charge for 6 hours, factory reset, turn off notifications...etc) but after 6 months the battery life spent always deteriorates and Will only last from 4 days to 2 days and 24 hours and soon it will be less than 12 hours. It has been the same cycle for my last 2 fitbits. I feel that fitbit should do something about the hardware of the battery. I really do love my versa and don’t really Want to change it but it’s been such a hassle and i have no faith in purchasing a versa 2 now.
Has anyone else encountered this problem? I’m wondering if its because the voltage in Asia is higher than it is in the US? Will it affect the charging of the versa?

Same! I got my versa about 9 months ago and about 3-4 most ago I noticed my battery only lasting 2 days instead of 4. No help from Fitbit though, which is sad.
