Several others seem to be reporting the same issue with all generations of Versa and I've seen no helpful answers/responses. I have a first-generation Versa that was working fine until 3 days ago. First the screen went dim, even though it was charged. Woke up 2 days ago to a black screen. I thought maybe it died so I put it on the charger. Nothing happened and I assumed it had just totally bit the dust. But today I opened the app and the app shows it's syncing properly and fully charged with no updates needed. I've pressed every combination of buttons and it doesn't react. I guess I can put it on and the data will sync but it doesn't do much good if I can't utilize the features on the watch itself. Any ideas?

I have the same issue and nothing seems to work. It appears its a common problem with Versa - mine is Versa 2 with a black screen. Are there any other suggestions or does this mean its no longer going to operate ?
Best AnswerI have gone around and around with Fitbit support. Finally I found online that 1) the current software is from over a year ago so the glitches will continue and 2) google purchased Fitbit and is phasing the products out. With that being said, there is not motivation to fix the problem or update things to fix these problems. BUT they will give you 35% off to purchase another watch that is going to die. 🤣 I’m disappointed in Google and Fitbit.
Do you know which models are being phased out or where you can find that out?

Hi @Razor2468ray - Google took over Fitbit and no one knows the future but it doesn't seem bright for Google watches right now, with the poor battery life of the Pixel watch, the elimination of features of the later Fitbit watches and the problems with the new Fitbit App shared by both series and disliked by many users, and the competition becoming more appealing with their extra features and performance.
