Versa Black Screen

Has anyone been able to recover a versa that will not display anything on the screen? It is fully charged, still vibrates and has the lights on the back for HR. I have tried to button resets and with results.

 

I was extremely disappointed that my warranty just ended and the best they could do is 25% off my next Fitbit product..
