On Monday, my Fitbit became disconnected from my iPhone 7 Bluetooth sometime during the night. Somehow this threw off the time on my fitbit, and caused my alarm to go off a half hour late (according to the watch it was 6 am when it was actually 6:30). It’s continued to have connection problems all week, but going into my Bluetooth settings would generally fix it. Now, on Friday, my Versa does not appear in my list of discoverable Bluetooth devices at all. The time is incorrect again, and none of my calories/steps/anything is synching to my phone. I’ve tried rebooting both the watch and my phone. I’m hoping there’s a way to fix this without losing all of my information (like by doing a factory reset).
