Versa Bluetooth not detecting

I’ve had my Versa just over a year, never had any issues. After most recent Fitbit app update my iPhone XR no longer detects my Fitbit Bluetooth. I’ve tried all recommend problem solving including resetting versa to factory settings and deleting from app. Now trying to to add a device to Fitbit and the versa is not detectable. Please help as Fitbit is now in factory mode and quite literally useless.
