I bought my first Versa when it first came out. In the beginning, I was very glad because it's really pretty and it had a lot of cool functionalities.
Today, it died (classic: Versa won't turn on...).
It happened after I tried make a factory reset through the watch the menu. The battery was 97% charged right before it died and tried all the solutions proposed by the forum...
During these nearly 2 years I had my Versa, it had so many bugs that I think I spent so many time trying to fix it, than watching series on Netflix... Looking this forum, I have the impression I had all the problems people describe here! Bluetooth sync, notifications not working, system really slow, etc...
I have to admit, the service costumer was always great. They changed 3 times my watch, but it would have been better don't have any problem with my watch.
But now I gave up... I'm tired of trying to fix all the Versa problems, and spending my time with customer service to change for a new one.
It have been more a fight, then a user experience.
