I just got my Versa yesterday and the bottom right button is not working. I can touch the screen to open the 'Settings' app that shows in the bottom right corner, but the button does nothing.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!!

Hi, the buttons on the right side of the Versa can act like a "shortcut", they can by pressing them shortly show you either the upper first app on the first page of your apps and the lower right button shows you the lower app on the lower part of the first page of your apps. In my case: if I short press the upper right button, it pops up the waether app and when I short press the lower button, the Hue app pops up.

Hi, which app is on the left lower side of the first page of your apps? See also this article: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2086/?q=Right+buttons+as+shortcut&l=en_US&fs=Sea....

Make sure you are not holding in the button. Just press, then release right away.

Hi, I wrote: "short press" and I do not want to sound/be unpleasant, but what is the added value of your post?
