Hello! I have been having issues with my versa connecting to my device since August. It started one night when I woke up abruptly and the fitbit itself would not stop vibrating. The fitbit also is very slow to load, respond, turn on, etc. Since, then I have tried all the troubleshooting suggested (restart, disconnect and reconnect- which it now will not do). It is still within the warrenty, but I have been unable to figure out what to do.
I am having sync issues i did do a reset as a last option. Because i tried e everything else. It only updated once now it is telling me data not cleared sync and try again i have been dealing with this for two days now never had any problem with other smart watches still in warranty i do like this any suggestion
