Versa Connectivity Issues

Hello! I have been having issues with my versa connecting to my device since August. It started one night when I woke up abruptly and the fitbit itself would not stop vibrating. The fitbit also is very slow to load, respond, turn on, etc. Since, then I have tried all the troubleshooting suggested (restart, disconnect and reconnect- which it now will not do). It is still within the warrenty, but I have been unable to figure out what to do.

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left rto Settings, then About, and then Factory Reset.

I am having sync  issues i did do a reset as a last option.  Because i tried e everything else. It only updated once now it is telling  me data not cleared sync  and try again i have been dealing with this  for two days now never had any problem with other smart watches still in warranty i do like this any suggestion

U don't  see an answer on what to do next now im have other issues can not get the time to come back nor anything  else all it's saying is not syncing try again helpSent from my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S7.
