Versa Data Capture

Despite repeat log offs and restarts, my Versa is not consistently capturing exercise data. Just manually logged in 20 minutes of elliptical AGAIN this morning.

Additionally I am convinced that my daily step count is inaccurate. Example: Last night while watching TV for over and hour, totally immobile, my Versa decided to log extra steps and threw me the “daily goals met” party. Quite startling in the middle of a movie.

Can anyone offer advice before I throw this device out the window?

@Cjkelley This indeed is a weird bahaviour. I would understand a few steps here and there but not a lot. Have you tried rebooting your tracker several times? Also, you can try setting the Wrist Placement to Dominant in the Fitbit mobile app to make your Versa less sensitivie (just open the app, tap on the Versa icon and scroll down to Wrist Placement).
